Appointments Of Ward Special Assistant, Another Political Masterstroke By Ododo – Prince Kolawole

The former Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Prince Mathew Kolawole has described the recent appointments of Ward Special Assistants across the 239 Ward’s of the State by Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo as another political masterstroke.

The former Speaker made the disclosure in a congratulatory message to the newly appointed Ward Special Assistants to the Governor on their recent appointment, said the initiative would deepen representation and leadership at the grassroots.

The former Speaker urged the Ward Special Assistants to discharge their duties with diligence, dedication and patriotism, pointing out that the essence of their appointments is for feedback and to also ensure that the administration of Gov Ododo is felt at the grassroots.

The former Speaker thanked Gov. Ododo for his leadership quality, grassroots driven policies, people friendly personality and governance, said since assumption of office, Gov. Ododo has been positively doing the unusual.

He added that with appointments, the entire 239 wards of Kogi State would have the needed synergy with the government at the State , described the appointments as a reward for their loyalty to the APC.

The former Speaker said the appointments would serve as a game changer for the APC led administration, pointing out that by the appointments, the forthcoming Local Government election in the State is already won and dusted.

The former Speaker praised the Governor for his continued humility and dexterity in making the APC popular in the state, lauded his ingenuity in bringing governance closer to the doorsteps of the people at the grassroots.

The former Speaker urged the Ward Special Assistants from Kabba Bunu LGA in particular to justify their appointments with hard work and total submission and commitments to the APC led administration by overwhelmingly voting for the party in the October 19 Local Government Election.
