AFCON Qualifiers: Nigeria, Morocco, Gabon Set For Clashes

The race for qualification in the Africa Cup of Nations continues with several crucial fixtures across various groups.

Teams are vying for coveted spots in the 2025 tournament, and fans are gearing up for an exciting round of matches.

So far, the qualified nations are Algeria, Angola, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ivory Coast (the holders), Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, among others.

In Group B, the Central African Republic will host Gabon at 20:00 on Monday, a match expected to be highly competitive as both teams battle for supremacy.

At the same time, Morocco will face Lesotho in a game where the North African giants are considered strong favourites.

On the same day and time, Nigeria will clash with Rwanda with Benin and Rwanda vying for the last qualification spot.

In Group F, eliminated Ghana will play Niger at 17:00. Meanwhile, Sudan will host Angola in another important fixture as both teams strive for crucial points.

In Group L, Malawi will face Burkina Faso at 14:00 in an early fixture.
