*** Evang Etta Harps On Enforcement Of Women, Girl Child Rights
The Church and Christians in Nigeria have been tasked to play their role well in the enforcement of the rights of women and girl child in the country.
A seasoned author and founder of End Time Prophetic Ministry, Elder Evangelist Comfort Etta, gave the charge at a service of Thanksgiving to mark this year’s International Women’s day celebration at the Head of Service Christian Fellowship.
She is of the view that the church can change the trend of things in Nigeria by always be on the right path and ensure justice for all mankind irrespective of sex, gender or religion.
The theme of the celebration is “Accelerate Action for Women and Girl Child Economic Empowerment”.
Evang Etta told the congregation in a sermon that even while celebrating, Christians in line with Mathew chapter 6 vs 33, must be cautious of heaven noting that christian faithfuls must seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and other things would be added to them.

She tasked women to strive and posses the virtues of Daughters of Zion as enunciated in Proverbs 31 in order to influence the society positively, noting that this is when they would affect the world system positively and manifest equality at all levels.
Evang Etta emphasized the need to be born a new for a woman to deliver on the mandate of Jesus Christ noting that John 3: 3 – 7 and James 4: 7 is apt on this.

The author of six impactful Christian books advised her fellow women on the need to always control their emotions as stated in Colossians chapter 3 vs 5.
She concluded by challenging the womenfolk to follow the footsteps of women in the Bible that affected their generation citing examples of women like Esther, Rahab, Lilian and Deborah who was a judge and dependable wife.
The Coordinator of the Head of Service Christian Fellowship, Mr John Ejiga then led the congregation in prayer of rededication for the women.

Highlights of the service was special number by the Fellowship’s Choir and Drama playlet titled: “Don’t give up”.
