‎Methodist Men In Northern Region Converge In Nyanya, Abuja For Men’s Fellowship Convention Oct. 8

‎Methodist Men’s Fellowship Northern Region would on Thursday, October 8th commence her 3rd Biennial Convention for spiritual uplift of members.

‎The three-day Convention which would have in attendance members of the Fellowship from over 25 Dioceses of the Church in the Northern Region will be hosted by the Abuja Archdiocesan Men’s Fellowship in Christ Methodist Cathedral Nyanya, Abuja.

‎According to a statement jointly signed by Bro Patrick Pius, the Secretary of MF Northern Region; Sir Chief Mark O. Ndukwe, The MF President of the zone and Sir ‘Tunde Babalola JP, the Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, dignitaries from within the church circle and the society will attend the Plenary session on Friday, October 9th by 9am.

‎The retired Chief Justice of Nigeria who is also a Knight of John Wesley, Hon CJN Walter Onnoghen GCON will deliver the keynote address while the Head of Methodist Church Nigeria, Prelate, His Eminence Dr Oliver Ali Aba JP will declare the Convention open.

‎The Archbishop of Abuja Archdiocese, Most Revd Michael O. Akinwale, Bishop of Nyanya, Rt Rev Dr Kehinde Adeyemi and Bishop F. A G. Onoja of Kubwa Diocese would be in attendance. The National Coordinator of Men’s Work Department, The Very Revd Lt Saviour Ibanga JP and Northern Zone Coordinator, The Very Revd Nwankwo Kenneth Nwabueze would back up the successful execution of the Convention as spiritual leaders in Men’s Fellowship.

‎Bro Oluwemimo Ayodeji Adebayo, President, Abuja Archdiocesan Men’s Fellowship and Bro Stephen Ukeje SWA, Diocesan MF President of Nyanya in an interview with DECENCY GLOBAL NEWS confirmed that all arrangements are in top gear to provide a conducive environment for the Convention.

‎Paper presentation bothering on the spiritual and physical wellbeing of men will be discussed including “Building A Godly Marriage In A Changing World”, “The Necessity of A Will” as well as “Men, Old age and Health”.
