The State High Court sitting in Ife on Thursday nullified Governor Ademola Adeleke’s executive order and white paper on the Owa of Igbajo stool.

In a landmark ruling, the court affirmed Oba Phillip Adegboyega Famodun as the authentic Owa of Igbajo Land, effectively overturning the government’s decision.
