All roads lead to Methodist Cathedral of Christ, Makurdi, Benue State capital to celebrate a clergyman of God par excellence, The Rt Revd Edoka Amuta, the Methodist Bishop of Makurdi as he mark his Diamond Jubilee on Friday June 13, 2025.
The Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev Fr. Dr Hyacinth Alia would lead political juggernauts in Benue state to the double celebration as Special Guest of Honour. Sir Hon John Ngbede is the Chairman of the occasion.
Bishop Amuta and wife will also use the occasion to celebrate their 30th Wedding Anniversary.
Other Guests of Honour expected at the event are the state Deputy Governor, Barr. Dr Sam Ode; and the Senator representing Zone C in Benue State, Abba Moro.
The father and mother of the day would be Sir Engr Benson and Dame Justice Mary Abounu while the Methodist Archbishop of Benue, His Grace Most Revd Joshua Ngbede will be the spiritual father of the day.
