Insecurity: Young Nigerian Laments ‘Harrowing Experience’ In The Hands Of Arsonists, Family House Razed, Left Nigeria For Safety

Insecurity is at its heights in Nigeria that one cannot predict whether there is end in sight.

In an interview with DECENCY GLOBAL NEWS, Mr. Oritsejayomi Oghojafor Emmanuel narrated his ugly experience when his community was attacked and how he fled the country for good.

According to him, he was among numerous others who have left the shores of Nigeria in order to escape the assailants.

In his words, “community clashes forced most the residents of his community to flee for safety. Badly affected, his family house was set ablaze and all properties were lost.
I’ve found safety and peace of mind, now.”

According to him, “I left Nigeria, due to a threat to my life posed by some individuals I knew In my community, My family house was set on fire, and with the fear of that, my sister also ran into exile, till date we had no information about her yet.”

“I relocated abroad with the help of my father, and ever since then, I’ve been living here, free from the dangers I faced back home in Nigeria,” he narrated.
