It was a gory scene at a hotel in Osogbo, capital of Osun State after a commercial sex worker, Oluwapemisire Ewunuga allegedly cut off the tongue of her male client during sex romp.
Oluwapemisire was said to be kissing the male fun-seeker identified as Oshodi Abayomi when she gave him a bite and cut off his tongue right on the hotel bed.
The 31-year old woman, said to be living in Ijebu-Jesa town in the state, was invited by Abayomi to meet him at a hotel in Osogbo for sexual intercourse after promising to pay her the sum of N20, 000.
When the fair-complexioned lady arrived Osogbo on April 28, 2024 and met Abayomi in the hotel, she disclosed that she saw all kinds of hard drugs in her client’s room, claiming that Abayomi administered Colorado, cannabis sativa otherwise known as Indian hemp and other dangerous substance to her to make her gain ‘highness’ so that they could enjoy their sexual intercourse.
According to her, Abayomi also took drugs before both of them started kissing, frolicking and making love on the bed.
DECENCY GLOBAL NEWS gathered that it was in the morning of the next day, April 29, 2024, when a staff of the hotel who came to clean the room discovered blood stains on the mouths and body of the duo and that a part of Abayomi’s tongue had already fallen on the bed.
The hotel staff reportedly told the manager who, immediately, invited police officers to the scene.
It was gathered that Oluwapemisire and Abayomi had lost consciousness due to overdose of suspected hard drugs they consumed before the sex romp.
A team of police officers who came to the hotel was said to have resuscitated them after pouring buckets of water on them.
In an interview with DECENCY GLOBAL NEWS after preliminary investigation, one of the investigating police officers who did not want to be named, said Abayomi, who lives in Ilesa, abandoned his family members and went to Osogbo to meet the commercial sex worker popularly known as “Olosho.”
He said, “The lady is Olosho, a commercial sex worker. She is from Ijebu-Jesa and she came to Osogbo to meet the man. The man, who identified himself as Oshodi Abayomi, is from Ilesa. He left his family in Ilesa and came to Osogbo to meet the sex worker. So, they slept with themselves after the man promised to pay her the sum of N20, 000.
“The lady confessed that they didn’t fight but that she unknowingly bit off his tongue when they were kissing themselves. We saw some hard drugs inside their room when we were invited.
“The woman claimed the man drugged her so that both of them could be high and enjoy their sex. The lady said he gave her assorted Colorado and cannabis sativa and other substances.
“Both of them lost consciousness after the sex romp. It was a staff of the hotel that invited the police after they saw both of them on bed in the pool of blood from the bitten tongue wound.
“We had to pour water on them to revive them. The lady claimed she bit off the tongue under the influence of drugs and that it was not intentional.”
Meanwhile, the Police in the state have dragged the commercial sex worker before a Senior Magistrate’s Court sitting in Osogbo for grievous assault on her client.
The Police prosecutor, Corporal O. Oluokun, informed the court that Oluwapemisire committed the offence on April 28, 2024, at about 09:00am in Osogbo by biting and cutting off the tongue of Oshodi Abayomi.
The charge sheet obtained by DECENCY GLOBAL NEWS in court reads, “That you Ewunuga Oluwapemisire on the 28th of day of April, 2024, at about 09:00 hours at Osogbo in the Osogbo Magisterial District did cause grievous harm to one Oshodi Abayomi by biting and cutting off his tongue and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 335 of criminal; Code Cap 34 Vol, II Laws of Osun State of Nigeria 2002.”
A lawyer, Tunbosun Oladipupo, who was in the courtroom when the case was called, opted to appear for the female defendant.
However, Oluwapemisire pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Efforts by Oladipupo to secure her on bail failed as the presiding Senior Magistrate A. O. Odeleye ordered that the defendant be remanded in the police custody and adjourned the matter till May 23 for consideration of her bail.
