‎The family of Lawrence Onwukaobu Ebele-Nwekenyi of Umuoti Urunnebo Village, Enugwu-Ukwu, Njikoka LGA, Anambra State has announced the passing unto glory of their wife, mother, grandmother and aunty, Late Mrs Francisca Okuanata Ebele-Nwekeinyi nee Adibe (iruezigbo).

‎According to a statement by the eldest child of Mama Francisca Ebele-Nwekeinyi, Mrs Flora Ekeh, mama departed peacefully at the age of 72.

‎Mrs Ekeh added that the funeral arrangement would run from Thursday August 28th to 31st 2025 begining with the Christian Wake Keep at Lawrence Onwukaobu Ebele-Nwekeinyi Compound between 6 and 9pm on Thursday.

‎The remains of Mama would leave St. Mary’s mortuary early on Friday for a brief stop over in her father’s compound, Chief Anene Adibe Compound, Adagbe Avomimi village, Enugwu-Ukwu, before the laying in State at her compound while funeral mass would hold at St Francis Catholic Church, Enugwu-Ukwu by 10am and interment at the husband’s compound.

‎The thanksgiving service is scheduled for Sunday August 31st 2025 at St Francis Catholic Church, Enugwu-Ukwu.
