The Olojoda of Oda kingdom in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State, Oba Julius Ajayi Adewumi Omomo, Okunbadejo II, has joined his ancestors.
The monarch passed on at the age of 83 years.
DECENCY GLOBAL NEWS gathered that Oba Omomo who was installed on May 30, 2023, following the passing of his predecessor who died after a brief illness.

A family member, Chief Prince Ade Adelakun who confirmed the death of the monarch to DECENCY GLOBAL NEWS, described him as a humble, decent and down-to-earth monarch.
Adelakun said the late monarch cared for his subjects as well as the unity and progress of the state, describing his few years of reign as remarkably eventful.
