President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected back in Abuja on Tuesday, September 16 after ending his vacation in France earlier than planned.
The President had departed Nigeria on September 4 for his annual holiday, which was initially scheduled to be shared between France and the United Kingdom.
However, he has now cut the trip short and will resume official duties immediately upon return.
Presidential aide, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the development in a statement today, noting that the President concluded his vacation ahead of schedule.
During his stay in Paris, Tinubu held a private luncheon with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace, where both leaders reviewed bilateral ties and pledged to deepen cooperation between Nigeria and France for mutual prosperity and global stability.
