The death has occurred of a mother, Grandma and Great grandma, Madam Christiana Udo Idiong at the age of 95 years.
According to a statement by one of her children, Mr Godwin Idiong, the burial rites would commence on Friday, August 28th 2026 with a service of songs in honour of mama.
The final burial service would hold on Saturday, August 29th 2026 by 10am at Methodist Primary School (Okop-Akama), Ukana in Essien Udim Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. The service would be conducted by Methodist Church Nigeria, Uduakabasi Circuit, Ukana Onuk Ikot Ngwoh.
Born 1931, Mama Christiana Udo Idiong was a devoted member of Methodist Women Fellowship till she breath her last.
She is survived by Children, grand children and grant grand children.
Mama Christiana Udo Idiong was described as a lover of God and a committed mother to the progress and development of her children and relatives.
