The Digitalised Nigeria Education Management Information System (DNEMIS) has been unveiled in Abuja.
The unveiling reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to harnessing digital innovation and reliable data for improved educational planning, policy formulation, and sustainable national development.

The Honourable Chairman of the National Population Commission, Dr. Aminu Yusuf, was represented by the Acting Chairman, Hon. Mrs. Gloria Izonfuo at the official launch of the Digitalised Nigeria Education Management Information System (DNEMIS) held at the Abuja Continental Hotel, Abuja.
The event marked a significant milestone in Nigeria’s ongoing efforts to strengthen education data management and promote evidence-based decision-making.
It brought together key stakeholders from the Federal and State Governments, educational institutions, development partners, and other critical actors to collectively advance a new era of data-driven governance in the nation’s education sector.
Among the dignitaries in attendance were the Honourable Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa, CON; the Honourable Minister of State for Education, Prof. Suwaiba Said Ahmed; the UNICEF Country Representative to Nigeria, Ms. Wafaa Saeed; and the World Bank Country Director, Mr. Mathew Verghis. Representatives of various government agencies, development partners, and other stakeholders were also present.
