‎Ooni’s Baby Factory Continues Production As Princess Arrives

‎The royal palace is buzzing again as the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has welcomed another child—a beautiful baby girl—barely three months after celebrating the birth of twin princes.

‎The revered monarch announced the arrival of the royal princess on his official Facebook page on Sunday, revealing that the baby was born to his wife, Olori Oluwatosin.

‎Overflowing with gratitude, the Ooni praised God for the safe delivery and confirmed that both mother and daughter are doing well.

‎“To God Almighty be all the glory for His unfailing grace and the precious gift of new life,” the monarch wrote.

‎He congratulated the entire House of Oduduwa on the arrival of the princess, praying that she would grow in wisdom, grace and honour, while assuring well-wishers that both the queen and the newborn are in excellent health.

‎The latest royal birth comes just months after the Ooni announced the arrival of twin princes with another wife, Olori Mariam Ajibola, in May.

‎At the time, he also thanked God for the successful delivery and said the mother and babies were in good health.

‎The Ooni’s growing royal family has continued to attract public attention since the collapse of his marriage to Olori Naomi. In a whirlwind of royal weddings in 2022, the monarch married six queens within three months—Mariam Anako, Elizabeth Akinmuda, Tobiloba Phillips, Ashley Adegoke, Ronke Ademiluyi and Temitope Adesegun.

‎Speaking during his 48th birthday celebration and seventh coronation anniversary, the monarch explained that his multiple marriages were influenced by the age-old traditions and cultural heritage of Ile-Ife, saying he had attempted to make changes but could not because of the demands of the throne.
